Happy Science Group wins defamation lawsuit ~ Numerous falsehoods in Hiroshi's YouTube videos revealed ~

Regarding the defamation lawsuit filed on June 28, 2019, by Happy Science, ARI Production Co., Ltd., and New Star Production Co., Ltd. seeking a total of 20 million yen in damages against multiple YouTube videos by Hiroshi, on January 21, 2022, the Tokyo District Court ordered Hiroshi to pay 660,000 yen to Happy Science, 330,000 yen to New Star Production Co., Ltd., and 330,000 yen to ARI Production Co., Ltd., totaling 1.32 million yen in damages, resulting in a victory for the Happy Science Group.
The ruling also ordered Hiroshi to delete the parts of the YouTube videos that defamed our group.
This ruling recognized numerous falsehoods in Hiroshi's YouTube videos, resulting in the acknowledgment of our group's claims for defamation, damages, and video deletion.

We sincerely hope that Hiroshi will take this ruling seriously, and refrain from blaspheming faith, making false statements, or slandering others ever again.
