Regarding the Defamation Lawsuit by a Former Believer, Our Group Wins the Judgment

Last year, regarding the lawsuit filed by Mr. Osamu Tanemura, a former believer, who sought damages from our group claiming defamation by the book 'Approaching the Truth of Shariputra' (published by Happy Science Publications) open_in_new published by our group, today, the Tokyo District Court delivered a judgment dismissing all of the plaintiff's claims, resulting in a complete victory for our group.

The book 'Approaching the Truth of Shariputra' open_in_new is intended solely to "clarify the exploration process surrounding the confirmation of Shariputra," and our group hopes that, taking this judgment as an opportunity, Mr. Tanemura will once again read the book, humbly accept the truth, and regain his faith.
